Social Media Student Assistant

Social Media coordination & Content localization (for PlayStation Nordics & Baltics) for Story Lab

Are you a structured, self-driven student passionate about social media and fluent in English with a strong understanding of Scandinavian languages? Do you thrive in an international creative environment where gaming culture and storytelling meet — and dream of turning your passion for PlayStation into part of your work?

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented student assistant to join our PlayStation social media team. You will collaborate closely with both Story Lab’s internal team and PlayStation’s Nordic and Baltic markets to coordinate, adapt, and version Instagram content across local channels.

If you are curious, communicative, and eager to learn how a major global brand works across markets, this is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced creative setting.

Your tasks
You will be working at the intersection of coordination and production. Approximately 50 % project coordination and 50 % hands-on work in the Adobe package (we will provide full onboarding).

You will:

  • Work closely with the Account Manager to ensure smooth delivery across all markets, following defined project plans that help you organize and prioritize your time effectively.
  • Take ownership of importing and organizing assets and texts in our content plan, keeping everything up to date and ensuring statuses are consistently tracked.
  • Collaborate with local student coordinators across seven markets to collect, review, and manage translations.
  • Work directly in Monday.com, following established workflows and process overviews.
  • Coordinate and adapt PlayStation assets in collaboration with our creative team (Instagram posts, stories, reels, etc.) using After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or InDesign — note: this is not creative content creation, but adaptation and localization.
  • We offer flexibility in how you structure your week, as long as tasks are delivered on time and with precision.

Your Profile
We are looking for a detail-oriented and structured profile who enjoys keeping many moving parts in order and takes pride in delivering high-quality, accurate work.

What we are looking for:

  • A structured, reliable, and proactive mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Fluent in English and confident understanding of Scandinavian languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish – preferably native in one of them).
  • You are an experienced PlayStation console gamer — genuinely passionate about gaming and the PlayStation universe.
  • Fast learner with a natural curiosity for new tools and workflows.

Practical details

  • The position is based at Story House Egmont in Copenhagen
  • Approx. 10-20 hours per week
  • Some workdays may take place at PlayStation in Valby
  • The role offers a mix of in-office and remote work
  • Jobstart: December 1, 2025 or soonest possible

Who we are
