Senior Director, IT & Digital Change
Nordisk Film is looking for a Director of IT & Digital Change to shape our IT strategy and build the digital backbone for our next chapter. This is a senior leadership role for an experienced professional who can unite IT strategy, large-scale project delivery, and business process transformation into one coherent agenda.

Your mandate
- The entertainment industry is transforming rapidly, requiring stronger digital foundations. In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute Nordisk Film’s IT strategy in alignment with business and Egmont group priorities
- Lead the transition from fragmented setups to consolidated, modern IT platforms and solutions
- Establish and drive the PMO function, ensuring delivery of large, cross-functional projects with quality and impact
- Oversee and embed business process changes that ensure IT solutions deliver measurable value
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, building alignment and collaboration across Nordisk Film and Egmont IT
What we’re looking for
- We seek a proven leader with at least 3+ years in a senior IT leadership role, combining expertise in IT strategy, project execution, and business transformation. To succeed, you bring the ability to:
- Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Drive complex transformation programs with both structure and adaptability
- Build trust and alignment across diverse senior stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative culture that enables sustainable change

You’ll be based at our HQ in Valby, Copenhagen.
