SAGA’s digital world library
Our digital publisher SAGA has a clear mission: To digitise the vast treasure trove of Danish and foreign book titles, giving literature new life and making it even more accessible.
Since 2014, SAGA has left its stamp on the world of literature. Through purposeful development and use of technology, SAGA has created one of Europe’s largest eBook and audiobook catalogues and is today a significant global digital publisher, publishing and republishing works in an ever-growing range of languages and markets. For the benefit of new and old readers alike.
"In this way, we are driven to keep up with the modern consumer and utilise the book industry’s digital opportunities to offer books to even more readers – and of course also secure more earnings for our authors through new digital opportunities," Lasse Korsemann Horne, Publishing Director at SAGA continues.
With more than 130,000 eBooks and audiobooks published in 11 languages, so far ranging from Hindi to Dutch and Croatian to Korean, SAGA is at the forefront of keeping good stories alive in the digital world. In addition to presenting new titles from both established and independent authors, SAGA also revives older literary names such as Selma Lagerlöf, F. Scott Fitzgerald and the queen of romance, Barbara Cartland to make them accessible to new generations. SAGA’s innovative approach has ensured that the publisher is able to publish stories globally in all genres and formats – and of high quality.
