Record-breaking year for Egmont

Egmont had its best year ever in 2021, with all businesses seeing success in terms of both content and commercial results.

Egmont delivered strong content and growth across its businesses in 2021. Revenue climbed more than EUR 500m to EUR 2.1bn, and earnings before tax (excluding non-recurring gains) doubled to EUR 168m.

"This record year gives us a strong platform from which to deliver even more stories, journalism and unique content in the coming years," comments Egmont's President and CEO, Steffen Kragh.
