Egmont supplies educational material to the entire learning sequence - from the youngest classes and all the way to college. Our aim is to supply good quality educational material for this, and coming generations.

In the past, education was limited to words and numbers on white paper and blackboards. At school most children were introduced to a world comprised solely of chalk and books. All this is history.

Good educational materials are not confined to printed materials but are now produced for a broad spectrum of media. At Egmont the traditional books are therefore supplemented with digital alternatives: books on the internet, games, special universes for expecting couples and parents, electronic boards and math programs - all of which bring learners, teachers and parents closer together.

Quality educational material takes years to produce. All our publications are created in close co-operation with schools, teachers, researchers, and school administrators.

Egmont is the leading publisher of educational material for schools in Denmark, and also an important supplier to Norwegian schools via Capellen Damm. Our educational publishing houses sell material directly to schools and the public via e-trade and bookshops.
