With over 800 available titles and more than 250 new publications per year EGMONT MANGA & ANIME (EMA) is the biggest Manga and Manwha supplier throughout the German-speaking area.
The label for Japanese and Korean comics in paperback-size has produced comic-classics such as “Sailor Moon”, “Ranma ½” and “Card Captor Sakura” as well as the series “Detective Conan”, “Inu Yasha” and “Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne”, well-known from series of the same name on German-TV. Since its formation in 2000, EMA has already published over 120 Manga-series.
In cooperation with the international stationary producer STABILO, EMA is also organizing the biggest annual and nationwide drawing-competition COMIC CAMPUS; the works of the winners are published in a paperback book – SHINKAN Special. EMA is herewith engaged in the promotion of young German talents and is continuously and successfully adding works of German manga artists in its portfolio.
