Group Analysis

These are some of the findings from the first corporate analyses conducted by Egmont. The analysis is an important tool in Egmont’s work to develop its workplace, management and employees.

The goal of the corporate analysis is to learn where the entire Group stands when it comes to management quality and how employees experience the framework around their efforts, including working climate and information level. The analysis provides a basis for making action plans for the individual departments and development initiatives at the division and Group levels.
