They want experiences, and the cinemas of Egmont in Denmark try to fulfill this by writing the favourite movies of the employees on their nametags.
The purpose of the nametags is to create a dialogue between the employees of the cinemas and the guests, who gets an experience beyond watching a movie: “My nametag has triggered lots of conversations and hilarious interchanges. It creates openness and maybe even a tie to the guest because you reveal something about yourself by having a personal detail on your nametag”, Lisbeth Gonzales from the Imperial cinema in Copenhagen tells.
