The documentary film ”Karen Blixen – Out of This World”, directed by Marcus Mandal & Anna von Lowzow has been selected for screenings during seven international film festivals. Apart from this the film has been awarded four prizes at ”The 53rd Columbus International Film & Video Festival” in the USA.
The Nordisk Film documentary has been nominated at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival, which means the film, will be shown in both New York and Los Angeles.
It has also been nominated at the California Independent Film Festival and at the Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival, whilst it is exposed at Prix Europe in Berlin, the 48th International Leipzig Festival and the Nordic Film Days in Lübeck in Europe.
During the Columbus International Film & Video Festival the film was awarded three prizes in various categories, whilst the brochure for the film was given the highest recognition of the festival in the category “Printed Media”.
