“I’m responsible for making sure the production of a TV program or series runs smoothly, both technically and financially. The best part of my job is all the interesting people I meet who work in completely different lines of business from me.
“For me, a good story is about something I identify with from my own life, something that captivates and moves me. I get ideas for good stories from life itself: the people I meet, experiences, music. I also keep abreast of the international TV channels, theater and exhibitions.
“We’re currently working on the third season of “Farmer Wants a Wife”. Our challenge is to make this season as unique as the others. It’s important that it doesn’t become routine. Neither should we forget that we’re dealing with real people with real feelings.
“I’m proud that we’ve taken the participants seriously when making ‘Farmer Wants a Wife’, and that the series has actually helped many of them find true love. To date, the program has led to two marriages, two co-habiting couples – and we can soon add a baby to the list! The key to success is being true to the concept and honest with the participants from day one.”
