Education

In the past, education was limited to words and numbers on white paper and blackboards. At school most children were introduced to a world comprised solely of chalk and books. All this is history.

Egmont supplies educational material to the entire learning process - from the youngest classes and all the way to college. Our aim is to supply great quality educational material for current, and coming generations.

Good educational materials are not confined to printed materials but are now produced for a broad spectrum of media. At Egmont traditional books are therefore supplemented with digital alternatives: e-books, games, special universes for parents, digital boards and math programs - all of which bring learners, teachers and parents closer together.

Quality educational material takes years to produce. All our publications are created in close co-operation with schools, teachers, researchers, and school administrators.

Egmont is the leading publisher of educational material for schools in Denmark, and also an important supplier to Norwegian schools via Capellen Damm. Our educational publishing houses sell material directly to schools and the public via e-trade and bookshops.
