Quality time in the kitchen
Children’s cook books are popular which is noticed at the publishing house Lindhardt og Ringhof who recently has sold many of these.
“We believe it could be a good niche within cook books. The kitchen is one of the places where parents can spend time with their children in a nice way and therefore the genre is interesting” says Erik Barfoed, Publishing Director at Lindhardt og Ringhof.
