Knud Romer scores hattrick
In November Knud Romer won the BG Bank’s “Best New Writer” and the other day the prestigious book award “De Gyldne Laurbær” came in addition. And, it seems, all good things comes in three because Romer has just received “Weekendavisens Litteraturpris 2006” for his novel “Den som blinker er bange for døden”.
“Den som blinker er bange for døden” was published in June 2006 by Athene/Aschehoug and is Knud Romers debut as a novelist. It has already sold more than 20,000 copies in Denmark, and has been sold to publication in 7 countries so far.
