Athene novelist wins "Best New Writer" award
At the Copenhagen book fair (Bogforum) Danish writer Knud Romer, published by Aschehoug’s ATHENE label, won the award for best new writer.
Knud Romers book, “Den som blinker er bange for døden”, was published in June 2006 and has already sold 12,000 copies in Denmark. So far, the novel has been sold to Norway, Sweden, Germany, the Netherlands, France and Iceland.
