Aschehoug carried away no less than three out of twelve prizes given to the Scandinavian countries.
Every year the “Gourmand World Cookbook” organisation receives about 5,000 books for the competition. There are 34 different categories in “Best in the world” cookbooks and 14 categories for wine books.
A good book is characterized by the author’s personality. But it’s also the style of the book that makes a difference and reveals a winner.
